Actor Vivian Dsena, who was last seen in Udaariyaan on Colors TV, recently became the face of UFCGYM Bahrain. He says that being fit has always been on his radar, and he makes sure to not leave any stone unturned when he is on his fitness journey. In the recent one I am enjoying Mixed Martial Arts a lot.

When it comes to keeping fit, I usually don’t usually count calories or keep track of my weight. But whenever I feel I’m crossing the line, I stop and start a full diet plan,” he says.

The actor has also undergone a transformation where he has lost weight and is looking much leaner. “The realization hit me before Ramadan that I needed to start losing weight, and fasting helped me a lot to achieve my goal,” he says. His fans have already become fans of his new look! “My fans have always been my biggest supporters and critics. I try to listen to their constructive criticism and advice, and I am forever lucky to have fans like mine,” he says.
