Abhishek Bachchan commences another schedule for Bob Biswas in Kolkata

Abhishek Bachchan has been smeared face on the OTT this year with his series Breathe into the Shadows, soon to release Big Bull and a unique sports docu-series Sons of The Soil on his Kabaddi team Jaipur Pink Panthers will see the star in a different light.

Abhishek resumes shooting for Bob Biswas after nine months of wrapping the first schedule of the film. He headed to Kolkata on Monday, posting a picture from the flight,

Abhishek resumed shoot today in Kolkata and will be in action till December 9 in his Bob Biswas avatar. The film and his character are a spin-off of Bob Biswas character essayed by Saswata Chatterjee in the superhit film Kahaani starring Vidya Balan. Abhishek’s Bob Biswas features Chitrangada Singh in a pivotal role.

The film is bankrolled by Gauri Khan, Sujoy Ghosh, and Gaurav Verma, a directorial debut for Diya Ghosh and written by Sujoy Ghosh.
