On the occasion of the opening of UAE-based new company BNW’s Lajpat Nagar New Delhi office, the company’s MD Vivek Anand Oberoi spoke openly to the media about his successful journey from Mumbai film city to Dubai. Vivek, who came to open the first grand office of BNW in North India, first of all, offered prayers in the temple built here. On this occasion Vivek missed his business partner Ankur Agarwal and said, I am missing Ankur who could not come here due to important business meetings. When we asked Vivek about his journey from IBO i.e. Indian Box Office to IPO, Real Estate, he answered that I have learnt from my parents since childhood that whatever you do, do it with complete honesty, hard work and dedication. I and my family are spiritual. We all always thank God that he has given us so much.
Every day, I start with the temple built in the house. We all start our routine work only after doing Puja. Vivek says that I have a family of about 400 people in UAE today. I consider every staff member associated with my business as a member of my family. It is the result of the hard work of all of them that today we have 9 companies registered with SEBI and in the next two to three months we are registering four more companies. Today we have about 20 real estate projects in Dubai, all of which are luxury style. Today the net worth value of our companies is more than 1200 thousand crores. Investors from India and abroad have so much faith in our every project that most of our projects get sold even before completion. Vivek says that there was a time in my film career when tears would come in my eyes, then my mother would say that along with wiping your tears, start wiping the tears of others too, your tears will stop automatically, I only know this much that never break the trust of anyone who has trusted you, I will never let the trust of the investors and customers of my company break.
Vivek Anand Oberoi while talking to the investors, media persons and guests who came to BNW Lajpat Nagar Delhi office says that now both Dubai and Mumbai are my home, I got so much love in Dubai that there are no words to express it, Mumbai gave me money and fame first of all, I am thankful to God that I did not have to struggle much to make my mark in films and business, I believe that if you leave everything to God then God also takes you to the destination by holding your finger, the same is happening with me. In my view, today the MD of this company, Vivek Anand Oberoi, has definitely made his mark as a smart businessman, top investors from abroad invest in his companies, and he is partnering with many top brands in Dubai, Vivek is the owner of many fintech companies. In response to a question, Vivek said that earning more money is a never-ending passion, no matter how many zeros you keep adding in front of one, but also remember that while adding these zeros, you also do not become zero.
